Shipping Terms

We use third party vendors to deliver our orders. Your orders are hand packed and shipped with a shipping label. Once your order has been picked up by our delivery partners, you will receive a mail with tracking details. You can always track your order using your order number.

Shipping Timelines

We try to send shipments out as soon as possible because we know what it's like waiting for that package to arrive. Depending on the quantity of the order, in most cases, it takes:

3-4 business days for order fulfilment

7-10 business days for order delivery

We work with well-reputed delivery partners, so delivery often happens earlier than the 7-10 business working days, depending on your location. Metro cities tend to take less time, whereas more remote locations may take longer. Sometimes the delivery will take longer due to remote places or unforeseen circumstances like bad weather etc, but we will follow up if such a delay takes place.

Shipping of Products

All orders are processed and shipped from our own warehouse in Greater Noida, India. Delivery will be made to the shipping address specified at checkout.

Un-Availability On Delivery

Our delivery partners will contact the recipient two times before they decide to return your order. Please provide the complete & accurate shipping address including pin code and mobile number. This will help us arrange a faster delivery.
